If u ask me to do direct sales, i’ll ask u get off, Y? U want me to do direct selling aren’t u? sorry, my face is not as thick as urs, i dowan to be so cheap, asking peoples, families or friends to do this kind of thing, this is so low class, no class!! But in fact, i’m doing direct sales, yes, serious!!
BUT WHY??

Simple, this direct sales is not asking u to buy and sell, no way. We are here to do business, professional business, a business which is as big as Franchising Business, like McDonald’s, why would i say it’s big like McD? It’s MLM, Multi Level Marketing, another name for it would be Network Marketing. We are doing Franchising Business, a business to distribute Franchise liacense…We are here talking bout business plan, a plan where can lead people to make money…Ofcos, witout product would nvr have business to talk, BUT, this is de crucial part of the business…WE DON EMPHASIS ON SELLING! in other words, WE DON REALLY NEED TO SELL ANY PRODUCT! we can sell, but we can oso choose not to sell…Since i can earn money by talking bout business plan, then wat for i’ve to sell product?

Again, De company tat u were doing is direct selling, as long as u can make repeat sales, then only u earn, but ask urself, how much u can earn in one month?? how long u need to spend in order to earn 5 or 6 figures PER MONTH??

The Direct sales company tat i joined is simply different, i’ve learn how to be a professional business man, talk franchise business plan like a professional business man, and earn professional business man income! Direct Selling? Wat u learn?? Learn bout the poduct?? jz product and the marketing plan?? i can’t deny that i oso hav to noe bout the product and marketing plan, but the most important issue not this part, is the concept of the business…How much u can earn?? How many people would do repeat sales?? U are asking people to spend money not earn money!! how many people would want to spend?? Now my plan is asking peoples to do business with me! not he or she do de business alone, but me and my other business partners! We are business partners, no matter downline, upline, sideline, we are business partners!! WE do it as a team!! No one will leave behind! and we don believe in one man hero!This is the concept!!…

Get real brother, see clearly on wat can u get by doing ur direct sales…as a fren, i wud strongly suggest u not to join those kind of direct sales, tat is really not the right way…
We are still young, we are capable to do business, unless u don give urself a chance…We shud expose ourself to do business, not to be a promoter…

I wonder wat is actually a pyramid scheme…Mostly people wud said all those direct sales or marketing plan is pyramid scheme…but do u realize tat most things is actually pyramid scheme?..

Pyramid is actually the stongest structure in the world, or else u won be able to see Pyramid exist till nowadays…

Look at ur company…aint’s it oso a pyramid scheme?
How many Workers they have?
How many Supervisors they have?
How many Managers they have?
How many Department Mangers they have?
How many Executives they have?
How many C.E.O they have?
How many Director they have?

Same thing goes around…
How much salary for workers?
How much salary for Supervisors
How much salary for Managers?
How much salary for a Department Managers?
How much salary for Executives?
How much salary for C.E.O?
How much salary for Director?

U see, same thing…De higher de post, de higher de pay…don u see? workers is de one work so bloody hard and earn so bloody little…worth it? go on and work for people!! Yeah, u may say tat gt promote and earn more right? who doesn’t want to get promote? but how many of them can get promote?? 1 in a hundred? 1 in a thousand?…u fight for it, but doesn’t sure u can get, all u can do is work all de best u can…When u work hard, do things all de best u cud, wat wud people thinks? If they don like u? u got back-stab..badly for sure…
Look, this kind of corporate ledder is not easy, u gotta work ur ass off to survive, but at de same time, u wudn’t noe wat wud happen on u next…u wud never noe…u climb corporate ledder for wat? some more it’s not stable, u might get fired anytime tho…cos ur pay is higher, cost is high, so chop u off, get u out of de company to lighten the cost…for many years u work so damn bloody hard for de company, wat u get? is this wat u shud get? yeah…this is the way it shud be wert, right?

Another example, wud be our government, don u think it is de same? Hw many PM? How many minister? how many government servent?…U see any government servent wud be rich enuff to have big house? drives big cars?…so isn’t it oso a Pyramid Scheme??

If u admit this is de way or the only path u can choose and walk through this journey through out ur whole life, too bad, u r really a loser…

A person who are success, is the one keep on changing, don u think all those people work for revolution is the one who are success? Without revolution, there is not present day…

Friends, it’s time to change, wat u guys stick with is old school, if u go on with tat kind of mind set, trust me, u WILL NEVER success, i noe u work hard, therefore, u wud be jz like a cow, work hard to eat grass…but not things u want….u get wat i mean?

A question 2ask u urself…Study for knowledge, and then aim for graduate, after graduate?…wat’s ur answer?? Generally, "looking for job" , "working…" is de most common answer…

Another question…"Y looking for a job?? y u working??"…Basically, "EARN MONEY" is de answer..

Last question…"How u earn money?? work for other people and collect salary monthly??" and de answer is so negative…"Ah bo then???"

Hav u really tot of this…working, will nvr settle down ur financial problem, jz partly supported…u don agree? then y still people keep quarreling as lack of money?? do u think working for people, collect salary monthly is a right way?? First and fore most, study has educate u to work for people, which is so damn WRONG!!! Study suppose to educate us hw to b a success person, but end up wat?? work for people!! and even worse, under pressure!!

I agree that all kind of job has different pressure, but do u think working for people is really a stable choice??
1st, u step in a compony as a fresh graduate, company won hire u with high pay, perhap RM1.5k - RM2k…n u think it’s reasonable, cos lack of experience, so in order to get a higher pay, gain experience with spending 2-3 years time…
2nd, after 2-3 years, aim for higher post, cos higher post makes higher income, and u work hard for it…may b 1-2 years time, u set it as ur target…
3rd…u keep on working, keep on promoting, keep on raising ur pay…do u sense u r actually in trouble??

When u get promoted, higher level will certainly has a fellow dropped out of this corporate ledder, cos u keep on going up, but too bad, don hav so much spaces in higher level, actually places is getting lesser and lesser…contrary, income is getting higher and higher…As u 1 step higher, 1 fellow will gonna goes out…can u see de picture? it’s ok if u don, i shall continue..

Ur position getting higher, getting more  experience, income getting better…ur life is comfortable, but, sadly, stand on ur company point of view…U R ACTUALLY INCREASING THEIR BURDEN AS THEY HAVE TO PAY U HIGH SALARY!…so end up wat?? get a new fellow who is under u, replace u and get u out of the game…u r fired…y? cos they pay new people with lower salary, in order to cut down their cost, so? they sacrified u! After all, u work for 30 over years, do u get wat u really want? company might provides u car and house, but once u step out de company, u got nothing at all!!
Money? u hav 2support ur family, ur children, ur daily exspenses, and ur parents…u see de burden?
Sadly, life is like that, but, if u open up ur heart, open up ur mind, accept more opportunity with standing on a neutral point of view, u can work for urself! u can change ur life! u can decide ur future! u can own so many things tat u nvr tot of u can hav it!!

If u have "working for people and earn a stable income" this kind of mind set, pls, get up!! stop dreaming!! u r in danger!! jz u don realize it!! and pls, face de fact! so many people got jobless, y?? Another point of view…in a year, hw many coll and uni produce fresh graduates?? hw many man power r supplying in de market?? but in fact, hw many company is actually demanding for man power in de market?? Supply is always higher, but demand is lower, bcos company doesn’t want high cost, tat’s de reason y our salary kenot b high, n thr is surplus in labour market, company wud only offer a low pay, n nvr worry bout man power…put it this way…"U are not satisfy with this pay? fine, i’ll hire those who satisfied with this amount of pay!"

Friends, this is de only path we can go on, if ur family is running a business, then u r lucky, but for those whose family doesn’t own a business, u hav to looking for opportunity in order to get a better life…

Some resist to accept and listen to opportunity, cos they perceive it as a trick to cheat peoples…C’mon, open up ur heart and use ur brain to think bout it! If u r not confident with de opportunity, share with some one who are more experience, look tru de opportunity with ur family, ask for guidence from elder generation, judge de opportunity with them! u n ur family’s intelligience shud b able to analyst it!Don u think so? Study is asking u to arm urself with knowledge and WORK FOR PEOPLE, EARN FOR PEOPLE, u trust n do it; nw an opportunity is asking u to WORK FOR URSELF, EARN FOR URSELF,but  u judge it’s a trick to cheat on u…

Think in a logical way…think for ur future!
